Masoom Sanghi was born in Jaipur, India in 1980. She was born and brought up in the richness of great cultural heritage in Rajasthan. The colours of the Earth and Vibrant hues of the nature inspire most of her paintings. She paints on varied subjects which mostly revolve around Nature. Her paintings include Gods, flowers, landscapes from all over the world, traditional Indian Miniature and Kundan work paintings etc. Innocent, Simple, Detailed and Beautiful are a few words to describe her Artworks.
It is Iconic to know that Masoom is presently a business women, a home maker, a mother and an artist too. For Masoom, art is very close to her heart. Since 2000 she has also been participating in various prestigious exhibitions and competitions in India. She presently lives in Secundrabad, India with her Husband and daughter.
ARTIST STATEMENT…
Nature is so beautiful, peaceful and serene. It is this true essence of nature which I love to depict through my paintings. We spend several hours within the rooms where we wish to achieve success. I believe a dash of colour through paintings- sooths the mind internally and helps us bring back to our natural state through which success becomes easily achievable.
Since childhood, I have been fortunate to be encouraged by everyone to make my artistic skills better. I really love to create different forms of Indian Art along with paintings in other mediums. I feel that paintings depict inner feelings which words cannot describe, and this is very true for me.
