TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE: Kindly make online payment till USD 445/- (Rs. 20,000/-aprox.) for a single order. Do not make higher online payment in single transaction. Extra online payment will not be considered valid. You may choose to pay higher amounts through other modes like Cheque, Bank Transfer etc.
- All artworks on TOGETHERARTS.IN site are copyrighted works of their respective creators. Reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited. The prospective buyer agrees to this before placing the enquiry.
- All prices are quoted for unframed paintings/art prints unless mentioned. However framing could be done at an extra cost which would be quoted separately on case-to-case basis.
- All sales are done against 100% payment in advance.
- All Paintings, Gifts, cards etc. are packed with utmost care & shipped in a rolled or flat format in protective cylinders or in flat portfolios by using best quality material to ensure safe delivery. Together Arts will not be responsible for the safety of the frames or glass frames of the paintings during transit or delivery. However these can be dispatched under insured cover if the buyer so desires and the cost to be born by the buyer.
- Loss or damage of any Together Arts Product during transit or after delivery will be complete responsibility of the buyer.
- The dispatch will be done within 15 days of confirmed receipt of the full value of the shipment. Orders with payment by cheque will be shipped within 15 days after clearance of the same.
- While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted on the website, since each painting is individually painted there may be variations in shade and colour. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.
- Calls will be received between 10am to 8pm (IST)
- Prices and availability of the Paintings or any other products may change without prior notice, even if they are on display.
- Sold or unsold painting’s, pictures etc. may be deleted any time without prior notice
- The actual color/shades of items may vary from the picture on the site, due to the viewer’s monitor settings.
- Together Arts- Gifts, cards etc. are very high quality product, created by the original Artists and photographers themselves. Together Arts, Lifecare World, the Artists and the photographers thus do not entertain any dispute whatsoever. However we welcome your suggestions to make our product and services better in every way.
- Authenticity certificate will accompany each Original painting.
- Prices are mentioned in both Rs. and US$. However online payment will be charged at a prevalent exchange rate of US$ on the day payment is made.
- Disputes if any would be subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
- Together Arts is a brand of ‘TRITCO ENGINEERING, TRAINING & CONSULTING PVT. LTD.’
- Orders whose payments have been once received/ cleared will not be canceled. If paintings are found to be damaged, not available due to any reason (or un-foreseen circumstances), after the payment has been made by the customer, Together Arts (‘TRITCO ENGINEERING, TRAINING & CONSULTING PVT. LTD.’) reserves rights to partly or fully cancel the order. In this case, the payment of the complete or partial order will be returned back to the buyer at the earliest. The decisions will be taken on case to case basis.
- Together Arts reserves rights to reproduce and resell multiple art-prints, cards etc. of original paintings with the complete consent of the Artist. Together Arts does not reproduce any art-works etc. without the consent of the Artist. No claims etc. will be entertained from anyone in this regard what so ever, even after the Original painting etc. has been sold.
- Terms and Conditions may change any time without prior notice.
