Tanielle says: The need to create art is as vital to me as the air I breathe. It comes from a quiet, magical place within that words fail to describe. Inspiration for this series comes from a renewed self-discovery, the excitement of chasing a dream and reflection on the spirit of childhood imagination.
Each piece begins with flashes of imagery. These visions give a general idea of composition, colors, movement and feeling. Realistic attributes of the subject matter are studied and reinvented to finalize the concept. I then surrender to the stillness of my mind focusing on emotion and color as the painting comes to life through intuition.
These acrylic paintings are stylized, representational and non-representational art mingled with imagination and whimsy. The delicate, often intricate details breathe effervescence into every piece. These signature elements become the final touch of artistry. Once the painting has taken on a life of its own, my work is done and ready to share with the world.
